Hi! I’m Aurora, an Experience Designer from Italy 🍝 with a passion for conducting research and service design, focusing on understanding the systems behind every product. Currently, I collaborate with a customer insight design agency mastering in user research. Previously, I spent a year in Germany. At Bosch, where I collaborated on developing an internal platform and before that, I worked at a design agency, creating design concepts, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes for various clients.
My work focuses on integrating the digital and physical worlds through meticulously crafted, research-driven interactions.
